According to the composition of the material, the barcode printer carbon strip can be divided into three kinds: wax carbon strip, resin carbon strip, half-fat half-wax mixed carbon strip.

Wax-based carbon belt: that is, wax and carbon black as the main material, wax carbon belt is an economical and cheap carbon belt, mainly used for general paper printing, the use of wax carbon belt should pay attention to the paper, suitable for the surface feel slightly convex material, not for smooth surface materials, such as: PET material products.

Semi-fat and semi-wax carbon belt: mainly wax and resin as layer materials, the mixing ratio can be changed according to their own needs, mainly used for smooth surface materials, products with strict surface requirements.

Resin carbon belt: It is mostly used for solvent and high-temperature label printing or printing on special PET materials, and the price is relatively high.
