Humidity: The relative humidity should be controlled at around 65% ± 5%. Excessive humidity may cause the label to absorb moisture and deform, while low humidity may dry out the adhesive and affect its stickiness.

2、 Packaging and Storage

Outer packaging: The self-adhesive copperplate label paper should have an outer packaging, and it is recommended to use plastic film for sealed packaging. After each use, it is necessary to seal and package it again to prevent dust, moisture, and air from corroding the label.

Layered stacking: The printed labels should be stacked in layers and not too heavy to prevent glue from penetrating and sticking. Meanwhile, moisture-proof paper or film should be used for isolation between labels.

Vertical stacking: For adhesive copperplate label paper packaged in rolls, it should be stacked vertically to prevent glue from seeping out due to gravity. Flat labels should be stored flat.

Anti ultra-low temperature: When storing in winter, it should be noted that the temperature should not be lower than the low labeling temperature of the adhesive material, usually+10 ℃. If the temperature is too low, the label can be placed in a suitable temperature environment for a period of time before use to restore the adhesive's stickiness.

Avoid heavy pressure: Do not place heavy objects on the label to prevent deformation or glue from being pressed out.

4、 Storage period

Under the above storage conditions, self-adhesive copperplate label paper can generally be stored for 1-2 years. However, the specific storage period may vary depending on the material of the label, the type of adhesive, and the storage environment. Therefore, it is best to check the stickiness, color, etc. of the label before use to ensure its normal use.
