How to install and use zebra barcode printer

The installation and use of zebra barcode printers can be summarized in the following steps:

First, install drivers and software

Connect the Zebra barcode printer to the computer and turn on the power.

If you bought a printer with a CD, you can insert the CD directly into your computer's optical drive. Double-click the installer in the autorun CD. If it does not run automatically, you can find the RunCD.exe file in the CD-ROM and double-click it to run it.

Select the printer model in the installation program, and click the corresponding installation button to install the driver.

Follow the instructions in the installation wizard and select "Install New Printer" to install the new printer.

Open the ZebraDesigner software and select "Create New TAB".

Add and edit elements such as bar codes and text in a label template. You can add these elements through the button on the left of the main interface, and fill in the required data content and select the bar code type in the pop-up page.

When you have finished editing the label, click the "Print" button at the top of the main screen. In the pop-up window, change the number of prints required and click "Print" to complete the printing operation.

Ensure that the printer is properly connected and that paper, ink and other consumables are sufficient.

Set printer parameters, such as print mode, media type, label size, darkness, speed, etc., in the control panel or through a key sequence.
