After vulcanization is completed, the tire will be sent to the final inspection area for quality inspection.
The inspection items include appearance inspection, uniformity testing, and dynamic balance testing.
Uniformity testing is carried out using a uniformity testing machine, which mainly measures radial force, lateral force, cone force, and fluctuation.
The dynamic balance test is conducted on a dynamic balance testing machine.
Finally, tires may require X-ray inspection to ensure the integrity of their internal structure.
