What are the types of TTO ribbons

There are mainly the following types of TTO ribbon:

Resin-type ribbon: This type of ribbon has excellent scratch resistance and solubility, making it ideal for printing tasks that require a high degree of durability. It provides high definition, high density printing on a variety of thin film materials.

Wax base ribbon: Usually used for affordable printing needs, to meet the requirements of fast printing, while printing clear handwriting, strong adhesion, friction resistance.

Mixed base band: The mixed base band combines the advantages of wax and resin base, has good friction resistance and solubility, suitable for a variety of different printing needs.

These types of TTO ribbons have their own characteristics and are suitable for different printing materials and application scenarios. For example, resin ribbons are suitable for situations that require high durability and scratch resistance, while wax based ribbons are more suitable for situations that are affordable and require fast printing. Hybrid primary bands offer in-between performance and cost effectiveness.
